Single User getting blank page when trying to access prod via OKTA login

Hi All,
Could you advise, I have single user getting blank screen only when trying to access PROD. We use OKTA verification to login and getting below message
" unexpected exception occurred in response handling: IDP- initiated SSO is not enabled "
Have someone experience this before?

Just one user? Anything change on their account recently such as email address?
Some things I would check:
1. make sure user account is active and not locked out
2. Make sure email address in SN matches email address in okta
3. Can the user log into other Okta apps? if not, it's an OKTA related issue.

Hi Crystal,
Please check if the primary key (user id or email id) which is used to log in to the okta/servicenow has been recently updated. If not, please ask okta team to have a look into this.
Meanwhile, you may try to impersonate the user and see if it is working.
