SLA is showing 1 year later though given as two days.

Hi All,

 

I have created SLA definition and given Duration as 2 days but SLA is calculating for 1 year. Please see the screenshots for the reference.

Can someone help in this issue.

So funny 😞 , Just check the schedule once again, may be some dates / years mention wrong and also try to create another SLA (Dont Save) is this same issue?

 

I checked at my side and it showing fine.

Thanks for your reply. I checked the configuration is correct only but don't know why it did not work. Now I have done insert and stay to an existing configuration and its working now.

Some times there is no rot cause for the issues or tough to find out.  Glad your issue has been solve.
