SLA on order task not taking user timezone

Hello,
I have created an SLA on Order task and I want it to run on 8am to 6PM schedule with user timezone but the SLA is taking system default timezone. Please suggest the way to fix it.

There is a location field on tasks. Is that being populated by the user location or is it blank? It may not be on the form by default so you may have to at it on the list layout to see if it is being populated. If not create a BR to populate the task location field based on the users location. Also make sure you locations have a time zone.
