Hi,
I was trying to create a SLA monthly score card using performance analytics, but i am unable to achieve it due to below issues:
1.I want the data fetched from March 2026 but its showing as Jul 2026
2. The scores are showing same for all the months - how to fix this?
3. I need to make it as a rolling scorecard - for each month total met/total count *100 = % it should show
Please help me figure this out.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
Thank you.

1. ServiceNow Performance Analytics stores scores on the collection date, not the date the data was created
Review the Data Collection Job in your instance.
Ensure the job's historical data collection has a relative start date set to Relative start = 3 months ago to pull data starting March 2026
refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWVt6UXj9RM
2. If all months show the same score, your widget is likely missing a time-series aggregation.
On the dashboard, click the gear icon for the widget or Detailed Scorecard. Set the Time Series to By Month SUM or By Month Average
