why its not work ?

When I open an incident it shows me that an SLA is running, but in an email I don't receive the notification

 here on incident

but after 2 minuts its not appear in email script

So you want as soon as SLA attached you get email, for this you need to configure the notifications. Please check is OOTB notification added or not?
