SMS send and receive through SNow

Hello,

I am working on sending and receiving replies via SMS through a workflow in Service Now.  I have created a workflow but am running into multiple issues.  We do have Notify install and using Twilio as our telephony service (Twilio Direct is installed and connected as well).  What we are doing is having it reference the on-call list for a team that is associated to the CI of a high priority incident and then send an SMS to the person On-Call,  I want to add the ability to record responses (1 for accept 2 for reject type of thing) and have the workflow action it from there.  Has anyone done something similar to this?
