Hi experts!
Can SN be used to distribute configuration tools or software to other locations?

Hi @Lhora Alvarez, as ServiceNow only triggers the deployment of software it only needs access to the systems like SCCM or intunes which are able to deploy to CIs overseas. For that there is no limitation.
To summarize, ServiceNow holds the data of your current Infrastructure (and history). Discovery and ACC-V can collect the data from your devices (what is installed and running on) and populate the CMDB in ServiceNow. Software Asset Management tracks, evaluates, and manages software licenses, compliance, and optimization based on software installation gathered by Discovery and ACC-V. For deployment and deinstallation of software on you devices you can use CSD as integration capability with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Jamf, and Microsoft Intune. But packaging and deployment needs to be handled by these tools.

Hi @Lhora Alvarez , typically you integrate with existing solutions like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Jamf, and Microsoft Intune for which ServiceNow has standard spokes and an Application called Client Software Distribution Application which could be helpful. But ServiceNow alone isn't made for this purpose. I suggest use Software Asset Management and combine this with your deployment tools and pipelines.

Thank you very much for replying @Daniel Borkowi1 .
So if I use SAM, ACC-V, CSD, etc., can I deploy software to CIs that are found overseas?
Does the location limit the capability for deployment?
