Hi All,
Some knowledge articles are in Pending retirement state and not moving to retired. But, there is no approval triggered even though the workflow attached to the KBs is knowledge Approval Retire one.
I was able to fix the issue through fix script. But couldn't find the cause why it's happening.
can anyone tell what could be the reason so that it will be helpful to prevent it in future?
