Sort by name of state

Hello, I would like to ask if there is a way to sort a report grouped by state that does not use state values, if not names. for example (Assigned, Canceled, Closed, In Progress,New, On Hold, Resolved )

Hi @LuisMarcel ,

 

If you have a standard report created through the report designer, and grouped by state, you will see just as below:

When then open the condition builder, you will see the sort option:

Here you can either add an a-z or an z-a sort on the report:

Hi Anders, I appreciate the comment, but actually the order works with the value of the state, that is: If the state label is Solved, then the value can be 3 and Assigned will be 20, that is a problem because it does not alphabetize them.
