SOW- Problem overview tab is not showing anything.

Hi Team,

 

Service Operation Workspace , Problem overview is showing below error. can someone suggest.

 

Note: we have repaired the plugin and issue is only for Problem module.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , Yes we tried repairing the plugin no help.

even we upgraded our plugin for SOW for ITSM.

Hi @Pooja P It looks like an issue that might only be resolved by the ServiceNow Support Team, especially if the plugin update or report didn’t fix it. It seems that some component is missing.

Since the SOWs are based on UI Builder, could you please try updating or re-importing the UI Builder plugin as well? These components are interrelated, so that might help resolve the issue.

Check for any updates available for SOW and UI builder plugins and update it to latest version.

 

Go to System Definition -> Plugins -> Sync Now and update plugins related to SOW and UI builder and try again.

 

Clear browser cache and from scripts - background execute gs.invalidateCache(); to clear cache and try again. You can also try Incognito or InPrivate Window from your browser.

 

If it does not work, try to repair the plugins and try again. If nothing works, you can release the PDI and get a new one.
