SOW workspace error

Hi the summary section of sow workspace is coming as blank i want the icident details should come there how to achieve it?

Hi @Shikhar Srivast ,

What record is this? if it's an incident record, then Summary would be coming for sure provided you have right roles.

If it's still not coming, try clearing cache and browser's cache.

hey sandeep thanks for replying yes it is incident record, i tried clearing the cache but still no luck i'm admin and it doesnt show up for me also impersonated to assigned to person etc but it is blank

Hello @Shikhar Srivast ,

 

The fields in the summary section of the Overview tab of the SOW for Incident Management gets rendered based on the 'SOW-Incident-Overview' view for incident table. To realize as to why the fields aren't appearing on the summary section, you may want to check if this view is present or not. If present, check for the fields that are there for the summary section. In case there isn't any field in the summary section, you can add the fields based on your requirement. This change should ideally reflect on the summary section of the overview tab.
