I am using table API to create an incident from an external application that has a servicenow add on that they created. When I create the incident it add in %20 which is hexidecimal value for space in short description and description.
I then try to add %20 in my field values but it just adds to the existing %20 and adds another number. Below is what I am trying to write in my field value for the incident table.
Has anyone else seen this issue when using table API? I feel like I'm missing something on my end
