I want to have knowledge about Spanish Language plugin Enablement.

1. If i activate this plugin what will change in my tool?
2. How can i test it?
3. Do i need to take care of anything specific?

Activate the I18N: Spanish Translations system plugin.

then Go to the system Settings and change the language
