Standard Ticket - Can we adjust whats included in the activity stream?

Hi All,

Im hoping this is a quick one, but is it possible to adjust what the activity stream on the standard ticket page to include additional updates, like State changes, or reassigns?

Unfortunately, it's not designed to show anything other than comments and work notes in the portal view.

Maybe you can do some heavy customization on the widget to display other fields but wouldn't recommend it.
