Hi Experts,
I have strange issue. I trying to add custom widget to Standard Ticket view. Tab name is called Approvers.
I created new widget for it and when i testing it using widget editor i see all data in preview, but when i add this widget to Standard Ticket it's not working.
Do you have any idea why it's not working?

Problem solved. Widget can't have ID field empty. After adding it and cleaning cache it will work 🙂

Ok, for some reason it's not showing up for me for change approvals. I've cleared cache etc and still nothing.. any suggestions?

Hi Alex,
Do you have widget id? you can check it in sp_widget table
