Hi Experts,
I have strange issue. I trying to add custom widget to Standard Ticket view. Tab name is called Approvers.
I created new widget for it and when i testing it using widget editor i see all data in preview, but when i add this widget to Standard Ticket it's not working.
Do you have any idea why it's not working?
BR,
Kamil

Problem solved. Widget can't have ID field empty. After adding it and cleaning cache it will work 🙂

Ok thanks for checking. Have you tried the widget on a Tokyo instance? I haven't modified the widget so not sure what could be the issue.
