Hello, I just integrated whatsapp with my Virtual Agent through twilio and managed to have a successful conversation through a test topic that I created, but I would like to know how I could start this topic automatically, without me need to send a message every time I want the topic to work, maybe through a flow or some other functionality. Can you help me?

@NicolasFischer - Can you help me how you are able to list the custom topics in WhatsApp. Have integrated ServiceNow with WhatsApp using Twilio. However, I am able to see only the 2 OOB topics such as Virtual Agent Feeback / Live Agent Support. Even if I search using any topics related keywords/NLU , it says sorry i do not understand message.
