We have had some random issues since yesterday with some form and form fields displaying differently. I've reset the forms but one issue I am not able to figure out is why the Closed option on the State field is missing for some users. I don't know what controls the display of the options. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

What form is this happening on? For example on incident form only users with the admin role can see the state of closed.

Thank you! Yes, it is the incident form and I just saw that there is a Client Script that is hiding the Closed option for all but itil_admin.
