State field needs to hidden after approving the request

Hi All,

I have a requirement that need to hide or remove the state "No Longer Required" from Agent workspace. Once the request has been raised we have added multilpe levels of approvals which contain both group level and individual levels.

My requirement is when the request is pending with group level approval, any approver from the group approves or reject the request in that record only shows the state as Approved or Rejected by one of the approver. Now it is showing like once approved by the one of the approver it shows rest of the approver name and state as "No Longer Required. 

Need to hide or removed the rest of the list of members once it is approved or rejected.

I am attaching one screenshot for the reference.

If anyone awares about this, please help me to provide the steps how to configure this.

It's OOB behavior.

Why to change that?

Hello @Ajith A Pillai ,

Its actually dependant on what you select in the approval type .iF YOU SELECT ANY ONE TO APPROVE and if any of the member approves rest will be no longer required .

And i think better to leave it like that as its OOB behaviour.
