State of Change tickets

I have a question regarding the Change Approval process.

One of the changes that I submitted for approval was approved by my manager and the state went from 'Awaiting Approval' to 'Implementation'. The states are Read Only. Something that I did on the ticket set the Change ticket back to 'Draft' state. I cannot figure out what caused this. I have tried replicating the issue in our dev instance, but has been unable to do so. One thing that I did was to make a change on the 'Communication plan' for the change.

Any idea what might have caused it or how I can better check the Change logs? I have checked the 'History' of the ticket but didnt find anything useful.

@Albert Joy ,

Because the change was first created and approved by everyone (it moves to the implementation state), and then you made some changes to it, I believe it needs to go through all the approvals again!

Please check the workflow of the change to get the more details, here are the steps:

Filter Navigator - > Workflow all contexts -> copy the sys_id of that change and paste it in the ID column, you will get the workflow attached -> click on show workflow
