i want to know what is email id of my pdi and how to send mail to servicenow pdi ?

You also have to enable email sending and receiving from developer.servicenow.com here:

I don't believe PDIs inherently come with an email account. You can check in System Mailboxes > Administration > Email Accounts (screenshot below). You can configure an email account in here if you have one, though, and it should function. Documentation on create an email account here: Create an email account

Hi @sayyad hussain4 ,

 

use this format     "yourinstance@servicenowdevelopers.com" to send emails to servicenow instance.

 

For example "dev74416@servicenowdevelopers.com"
