Stuck in PDI waitlist - how do I cancel?

Hi, I am stuck waitlisted for an Australia PDI. I want to cancel my request so that I can request a lower version. There is no option to cancel my request on the main Developer page. It shows that I am waitlisted, but provides no option to cancel.

ahoy @robertsamue,

 

navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance and there's option to cancel your request and then request a PDI with lower version.

 

Mine is currently upgrading and isn't in the same state as your so I cannot show you how exactly to do so, but you should check these two options to cancel the waitlist

A tip: you can get to this Manage My Instance page from a button in the top, in your view the button is hidden under this chevron:

Either click the chevron and check the down-most area or unzoom a bit your page to get it visible.

Hi @robertsamue 

 

Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.

 

I will suggest you to Wait  for fulfillment   as it is already waitlisted.  If you get chance to request lower version, as per other community member  reported, they are facing same waitlist experience. 

 

Support is not available for PDI .

 

Note: if you urgently need a PDI, Create a new, separate account on the ServiceNow Developer Portal using an alternative email address , request for a lower version and check which one is fulfilled early.

Thank you @GlideFather , my instance became available shortly after I posted, so no worries now. I will keep your tip in mind for the future.
