I am not able to perform the following steps:
- The New incidents by Priority widget on the Incident Overview may be empty/showing no data. This is likely due to the fact that you have no recent data. Edit the New incidents by Priority widget to report on a larger time period by applying a Time series such as Month to date AVG or Week to date AVG.
- The New incidents by Category widget on the Incident New may be empty/showing no data. This is also due to the fact that you have no recent data. Edit the New incidents by Category widget to report on a larger time period by applying a Time series such as Month to date AVG or Week to date AVG.
Can anyone help me?

It sounds like you’re encountering an issue with the visibility of data in the "New incidents by Priority" and "New incidents by Category" widgets due to a lack of recent data. Here are the steps you can take to resolve this:
- Access Widget Settings: Go to the Incident Overview where the widgets are located.
- Edit the Widget: Click on the settings or edit option for each widget (New incidents by Priority and New incidents by Category).
- Adjust the Time Period:
- In the widget settings, look for an option to select or apply a Time Series or Time Range.
- Choose options like Month to Date AVG or Week to Date AVG to extend the time period reported on.
- Save Changes: Once you've adjusted the time range, save the settings.

Thanks for taking the time to provide an answer. In step 2, you mentioned
"Edit the Widget: Click on the settings or edit option for each widget (New incidents by Priority and New incidents by Category)"
I can't find "The stettings or edit option" for each widget.
Can you please be more specific?
