Subcategory choices are not displayed in Classic UI.
When I open the select box, only the current selection is displayed.
There are actually many options.
How can I select other choices in Classic UI?

@Kentaro Numata Sub category is a dependent field on Category field. Hence You will only get to see only those sub-categories in the sub-categories drop-down which are associated with the category.
In the above example, the choices in sub-category field change the moment category is changed.

On your Subcategory choice list, you need to specify the dependent value, this dependent value is nothing but the values from the Category field on the incident form.
