Submit button is not visible under comment field for kb article.

Hi,

we have an issue where "Submit" button is not visible under any kb article in portal view.

I have checked the related widget and there is no issue.

However, the same is working fine in other instances.

Hello @Puneet4418 

 

Go to Service Portal > Widgets > Search for KB Articles Comments widget.

 

Compare the script or code with other instances code, If it is same you need to raise a HI ticket for servicenow.
