When agent is trying to close the incident ticket after resolved, following error shows.
Has anyone come across this behavior before?
I’d appreciate any insights into what typically causes this error during the closure process—whether it’s a client script, business rule, UI policy, or something else interfering.

Hello @EktaM ,

Check out this article: Submit cancelled due to a script error : Illegal access to getter method getRoles in class com.glide...

As per this possibly because of server-side code or ACLs. Just to confirm you can check you browser console to see if there are any errors and any script file in mentioned which can possibly throw an error.
