Submit canceled due to a script error - please contact your System Administrator getting this error when i am trying to save the form. This would only effect by one user.
I have inactivated the one of the client script and not getting any error after that. Here I am sharing the screen shot that client script. Could you please let me know the line of code causing this error.

Are you saying that with this Client Script activated, other users can submit the form? If so, are both users using the same interface (native UI vs Service Portal vs ESC vs Workspace....)? Is the work notes field displayed and editable for the one affected user?

If we turn off that client script i am not getting the error and other users able to submit the form.
Both users using same interface native UI
The work notes field displayed and he can able to editable by effected user ,

Is the affected user also able to see and update all of the fields listed in the intakeFields array? If you temporarily comment out lines 7, 8, and 13, does the user still get the error? Does anything show in the System Logs at the time of submit for this user?

The affected user also able to see and can't update all of the fields listed in the intakeFields. commented out lines 7, 8, and 13, still the user getting the error. Nothing was shown in the logs at the time of submit for this user
