Hello Devs,
We have tickets in scoped application and when the ticket is closed then a catalog item should be submitted automatically.
I see that Cart API is not available for scoped applications.
what is the best approach to achieve this? May be trigger a subflow from BR where subflow submits the catalog item? Not sure how do it via Subflow/BR.
