Subscription Management - Unmap, remap table to different subscription

Is it possible to unmap, remap a table or application to a different subscription; if it's already mapped?

I found the solution.

Go to Subscription Management
Select the subcription the table is on
Go to manage your tables
Open the table record from the Custom Table Inventory
Click on manage subscription
Update subscription entitlement
