Suggestions to create a new portal with Employee Center

Hello All,

 

I want to create a new portal with Employee Center. Please advice me what are all the prerequisites I needed to develop a new portal. I should not edit OOB widgets and pages, instead I can clone them.

 

I need inputs like the feasibility and capacity that how much I can customize the employee center to create a new portal.

@Tamil4 Employee Center portal consists of several pages and numerous widgets. Some of these pages are configurable via platform view (e.g. Standard Ticket Configuration). You would need to not only clone/create the pages but widgets too. It would be a gigantic task for sure and you should assess the amount of work needed to achieve this feat before diving into the actual implementaion.
