Hi All,
I need help here, i have an existing survey that comes in a separate email once an incident is resolved. Now i want to add the same survey link to the "resolved" email notification. What am i missing
When i click on the link error: page not found
Email script
Notification:
Updated the url but it defaults to the OOB url

So, the solution here is to let the incident resolution email content be added to the survey email sent as suggested.
So basically, disabled the resolved email notification and remain with one.
Steps on how to combine the 2 please?

you can include email scripts from the OOTB incident resolved notification but you will have to update the script as the current object will change from INC to Assessment Instance
So you will have to GlideRecord on incident and then fetch the details
I am sharing for 1 email script, you can enhance for others.

The only thing missing here, see below this is how the email notification should look like
after the email script updates this is how it shows, the survey ref no. and description is missing:
this portion is not showing in the pop up to complete the survey
what am i missing? Help
