Survey Email Notifications not being sent

Hello,
I have several surveys setup that have email notifications setup to send to the user based on the specific trigger conditions. Up until about 2 weeks ago, this was working just fine. Then, the emails for 3 of the 7 surveys stopped being sent to the users I Nothing has changed on the notification, and I can't see that anything has changed on the survey configuration. The only difference I see is that one the Survey Definition, the "Send Notifications" checkbox is selected for the surveys that still have the emails being sent
However, for the surveys that do not have the emails being sent, when I Open the record from the Survey Definition, I do not have the option to click "Send Notifications"... so I am not sure if this is why the emails are not going out, or if it's something else..

Hi,
My apologies, your two screenshots are a bit confusing because the first screenshot is the definition, then second screenshot is a report record and looks to be for a specific user, so the context of what you're talking about (one showing the "send notifications" checkbox and the other...not...) doesn't seem to align.
With that said, if the same survey is being sent to other users, but there are a few who do not have it sent to them, this could be that they've turned their notifications off, etc.
You'd want to review that and see if that's the cause. It would be something along those lines if, as I mentioned above, the same survey is going to others, but just not to specific people.
