Survey not sending

I created a survey for incident.   Added a condition that when the incident is closed to send a survey.   The notification is not sending.   I dont understand why the OOB notification 'Incident Survey' with a trigger on task.send_survey is not sending. I can see that the assessment is generating just no notification. using geneva

But my notification is not firing when I close the incident as an Admin. Can anyone help? 😞

As per the OOB condition survey will be trigger after 30 days. It means, if I created a record on an incident and closed that then I'll received the survey notification and if I created one more record of incident and closed it then the notification will not be received because as per the condition defined in the trigger after 30 days of interval notification will get trigger
