Survey Response Actual Values shows -1

Hello Team,

I got one conflict in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Response Report is the for one of the Assessment Instances the Actual Value is coming as -1.

Can anyone let me know why it is showing as -1 as I need to provide the justification?

Hello,

As Suresh mentioned  cgeck if your field is one of Date, Date/Time, or String types.

You are preparing the report based on assessment instance table. Can you check that ticket in that table and understand what field shows as -1. Hope you have not customized oob. If yes, you should check the ticket lifecycle when it is closed and analyse the reason. Please share screenshot and report condition and that ticket status in assessment instance table as well to help you Please mark as correct answer/helpful if answered your question. Regards, Suresh.
