From getting to a risk assessment from the Service Portal, I want to get my additions (risk name and entity name) into the assessment form itself like so: (everything here from pdi)
However, the entire form is being loaded by one line in the widget and I can't edit it. Putting my text below it would put the additions at the very bottom of the page. I'm not sure if it's loading another widget, or where else in the platform the actual assessment form can be edited.
Examples of where I've looked:
--There's a Survey Designer, but no Assessment Designer.
--Assessment Properties only configures a few set things.
--Metric Categories only change the available questions, not custom things on the form itself.
