Sys_pop up view of particular record

Hi all,

The Pop-up view of a particular field is not displaying the correct view . The following is the view displayed as shown in the below figure .the reference table is alm_asset

I have tried to change the view   https://<instance name>/alm_asset.do?sysparm_view=sys_popup   but it is not reflecting

I have also added the form layout sys_popup(view) but it is not changing.

could you please suggest me how to trace the sys_popup view ?how sys_popup view of Figure1 is displaying?   How to configure the sys_popup view for this particular scenario

Hi Anvesh,

If you go to "System UI -> Views" and filter by the name "sys_popup". Do you see any refering to the alm_asset?

If you go to "System UI -> Form sections" and filter by view "Sys_popup". Do you see any refering to the alm_asset?

      Thanks   for the response . I cant find anything in System UI -> Views" but i could   in "System UI -> Form sections"   the below is the attached screen shot but the reference is displaying with different fields as shown in above figure entitlements

So, the sys_popup is coeherent with you 2nd screenshot.

What happens if you click "Shift" + leftmouse click on icon of your reference field? What is the table you got in the url? Is not going to the alm_asset right?

Hi Telmo ,

      It is in the variable set . when i press "Shift" + leftmouse click   nothing is happening. same with sys_user table referenced field also (i have another field which is referenced to sys_user table in the same variable set when i click "Shift" + leftmouse   nothing is hapeening )
