Sys_ref_list for Scoped Application

Hi there,

I would like to customise the pop-up form fields for one of the reference fields in the custom scoped application. I have realized that the under sys_ref_list view, in the List related list there is no record for our custom tables. What is the best practice for customizing the pop up form fields on a custom app? Also, sys_ref_list is in Global scope and ideally I want all the changes to be within the scope applicataion.

I am asking about the sys_ref_list. See this KB: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0686318.

 

But doing this will be in Global scope not in the scoped app.
