System Changed RITM state to open from closed complete

Hi All,
For one of my RITM request system changed state to open from closed complete and I am not able to set RITM state, What can be the reason.

1. There is probably a BR running in either RITM or sc_task table which is doing this.
2. You are probably using flow designer which is setting the state after the BR runs and that state is not correct or stage and state values does not match.
Second point is worth checking if you are using flow designer as it runs late.

But if you see the time difference in attached screenshot it is almost 1.5 years.

This is probably due to some background or fix script which has run on your system, cgeck background script/ fix script logs

Hi there,
There can be multiple reasons. I would suggest checking the history of the record and identify who has updated the record.
It might be possible that, someone has run a fix script and that have resulted in the update of the states.
Also, may be an inbound email might have got wrongly triggered, which would have updated the state of the RITM.
