how to create a table with the extension from incident?

Hello @Sohails3392 

OOB incident table is not extendable. 

Go to Incident Table (from filter navigator > system definition > tables) and click on Extensible from Table Controls.

Then you can extend by selecting Incident in Extends table reference in the table you are creating.

Do be aware, extending Incident is a bad practice.
