task details in the portal for the respective RITM

I want to show the task details for the respective ritm details from the portal and end user able update the comments on it, is there any OOB widget is available  ? any help ?

Hi @hemantnh,

The catalog tasks are for the fulfillers, end users do not have access to the catalog tasks. I would recommend utilizing the stage field on the RITM to let the requester know the progress of the RITM. 

If the end user needs to add a comment, they can add it to the RITM. If you need the fulfiller to know that the requester added a comment, you can create a business rule to copy the comments from RITM to SCTASK.
