Taxonomy Missing from mega Menu

Hello,

 

The taxonomy is missing from the mega menu. Active connected content is mapped to the topics/child topics, I have associated the Taxonomy to the ESC portal, and the recommended for you widget is populated with content. Help?

Hi @Shanice Mckenzi have you verified that taxonomy is added to portal and it is active? also please check with OOB Portal esc on the configuration

Hi @Shanice Mckenzi,

 

Is this impacting all users or just a few?

If it's the latter, I recall that the topics are cached, hence if a user has already opened the portal before the change, they would need to log out and log back in.
