Teams Virtual Agent Offline

Hi All - we've had our virtual agent running on Teams through the Servicenow for Microsoft Teams app for about 2 months now with no issue. Randomly after Friday, the bot is no longer responsive - attempting to use the search functionality shows that the app is offline.

 

I have tried resetting the integration in the conversational interface, checking for updates, running diagnostic pre check, but have had no luck thus far. Has anyone had this issue before?

It is a difficult issue to debug as we dont have much control over it.  try to reinstall the bot again freshly and also reach servicenow support
