I am trying to use the Technical Service Qualification API and I am having trouble installing the listed plugins needed to activate it. When I got the application manager a few of these apps aren't listed, but are on the store. The plugins on the store say they are associated with a for free subscription. Is there a way to get this for free subscription using a PDI or no? Is there another way to use the API?

- Order Qualification Management [com.sn_ord_qual_mgmt] - not on PDI
- Order Management for Telecom, Media & Tech [com.sn_tmt_core] - not on PDI
- Telecom Core [com.sn_tmt_core] - not on PDI
