Test data pattern anonymization of data privacy is not working in test

we installed and configured data privacy in Dev with data channel now assist.

Its working in Dev but not in test.
Any suggestions or plugins we need to install/ update ?

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK 

1.  Ensure all Data Privacy and Now Assist plugins are installed in the Test instance.  Compare Plugin installed in Test with Dev.

2. Just validate the Role and configuration set in Test (compare with Dev)
