Test the survey based on the trigger condition

Hello,
I have created a survey and a trigger condition for it i.e. When the Incident state is Closed the survey should be sent to the Caller. The probability is 10%.
I have closed more than 10 incidents but i am not able to see the surveys in the email logs.
How do i check that the survey is sent to the caller?

I'd first check that Survey instances were created. You can do this by navigating to Survey > Survey Instances > All.

Hi Danielle,
If i remove the Probability % i.e if i set the 'Trigger randomly' field to false then I am able to see the survey instance in Survey > Survey Instances > All.
But why is the instance not created when Probability is 10%?

It sounds like not enough Incidents were updated to trigger the Survey.

I have created, resolved and closed 11 incidents. So the expected output is '1 survey should be send to the caller'. But no survey instance is created.
