I accidentally applied an update set to production in error. I thought I was on test.
I was able to use the back out function and all seems good except one thing.
The activity stream configure fields is staying open. See image.
Normal this should stay closed and only open if the user chooses to open.
Any thoughts on how to set it to stay closed again. System setting?

Thanks for the input and sorry I forgot about this thread.
A HI inc did provide a solution. Basically somewhere during the process the activity stream was applied twice, removing one fixed the issue.
From HI:
The reason why your activities filtered fields are staying open and behaving abnormally is because you have the Activities (filtered) formatter added to two form sections on your change request forms. You have an Activities stream added to your Notes section as well as your Activity section. The platform was not designed to support multiple activities field within the same form which is why you are seeing broken behavior.

The menu should collapse once you click on the icon
I recommend reaching out to customer support. I'll be interested to hear what they have to say.

I lost those buttons on Helsinki I think , to plus and minus.
Since I don't have that option, is there another suggestion or do I need to open an INC?

I searched for system properties and documentation, but I couldn't find anything helpful. There is no property for showing or hiding or un-/collapsing these buttons. I think, it'll be easier to fix having a look into your update set, so creating an INC would probably be best here.
