The automation did not work - the automation closed the task as if completed but the user was not actually added to the group.
As part of the investigation please could you look at options to introduce better error handling to the (RT) Manage Active Directory Group, in order to both enable some logging for troubleshooting, and to better handle the RITM in the case an error occurs. How to solve this issue.
