The display name of the Owned by in the Business Service, Technical Service, Service Offering forms, as it shows "Business Manager" instead of "Owned by" (screenshot) when mouse hover. what could be the impact?

@Disha Patel2  That would be just a label on those tables. There is no impact having custom labels for a specific class. All the scripts would still use the backend name which is 'owned_by'.

Hi @Disha Patel2 

The name that you see on the form is label and the backend name is "owned_by" which is used across the scripting.

OOB it is Owned by,  check if there is any customization.
