Hi,

My personal insatnce is showing offline. how to solve this?

Consider it dead. Unfortunate , there is no support available for PDI. Better release this and take a new PDI.

Hi @darshanabanchar ,

 

only solution is to wait, as there is no support available for PDIs. It should become available again after some time.
