Hi @ttp

It means your PDI has been reclaimed by ServiceNow, and it cannot be restored.

You will need to request a new one.

You can log in to the ServiceNow Developer site and request a new PDI there.

PDIs do not come with support, so creating a new PDI is your only option.

Hi @ttp ,

Kindly login to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do with the ID on which u created the PDI. if its not available & is asking you to create a new one from top right corner then in that case as @Dr Atul G- LNG  mentioned it has been reclaimed by servicenow. The only option is to request a new 1.

Thanks,

Danish

Hi @ttp,

If your instance is recycled, then probably you won't be getting your PDI instance back; you can create a case from ServiceNow University. Not sure this will work, but give it a try.

You can use the below image for reference:

Hi @ttp

You have to start with new PDI instance again.

Once a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is permanently lost  due to inactivity (typically after 10 days), it generally can not recovered.

There is no support available to restore reclaimed PDIs.

Please check this Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide

Where it is written-

"When a PDI is reclaimed, the instance is unassigned from you, reset to its original state, and reassigned to another Developer Site user. Reclaiming instances allows ServiceNow to supply active developer site user with free instances."

Please mark this response as Helpful & Accept it as solution if it assisted you with your question.
