Hi @ttp

It means your PDI has been reclaimed by ServiceNow, and it cannot be restored.

You will need to request a new one.

You can log in to the ServiceNow Developer site and request a new PDI there.

PDIs do not come with support, so creating a new PDI is your only option.

Kindly login to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do with the ID on which u created the PDI. if its not available & is asking you to create a new one from top right corner then in that case as @Dr Atul G- LNG  mentioned it has been reclaimed by servicenow.
